About My Teaching & What I Can Offer You..

I have over 35 years teaching experience, having taught private 1-2-1 lessons and at colleges in Essex and Suffolk .

I am registered with  "The Registry Of Guitar Tutors" and have taught the London college of music electric guitar syllabus to Diploma level for over 20 years.

I have taught all ages of students thru my career but now only teach adults with an interest and love for blues based guitar music.

My Students range from 18 to 80 year olds.

I believe in a friendly and relaxed teaching approach and pride myself on doing as much as possible to make learning a productive and fun experience.

All lessons will be a minimum of 30 or 60 Minutes (I often run over a little - obviously this wouldn't incur any extra fee). I will supply tab/chord pdfs along with any backing tracks as and when required , also you can have access to any relevant "Soundslice" file (nominal fee applies) to assist you further between in person lessons.

I also support my students between lessons with "Text  Support " as and when needed.
